They don’t supply physical keys, and if you get locked out they’ll charge you $100 to get back in. The bluetooth key is through an app that bugs out constantly, sometimes doors to the building won’t unlock. The elevators almost always have some sort of issue. 2/3 of them flooded last month. They make weird noises often

I had previously left a negative review, but I am happy to report that UP has made the necessary changes! Biggest issues were trash build up and laundry machines not working. The trash is being removed more often and residents who don’t put trash in the chute are being properly dealt with, same goes for the crap undern
