I am a current resident at The Retreat and have been for the past two years. I really would not recommend living here at this point. Management and maintenance constantly fail to address our concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner, for starters. The utility charges are ridiculous. We are charged outrageous

And i received an email that tommorow that anyone with a charcoal grill outside, any furniture on patio or balcony, or hammocks will recieve a two hundred dollar fine. I use my charcoal to cook meats, and I can have my own furniture wherever id like. And if i want to be in a hammock
