Living at The Quad has been extremely frustrating as a student. Every single week there are massive parties being hosted that bring in huge crowds of people who don’t even seem to live here. The amount of noise, traffic, and chaos completely disrupts any sense of peace or quiet in the community. As someone trying to fo

⚠️DO NOT LIVE HERE⚠️I have lived at the Quad for 2 years and I would never recommend ANYONE to live in this community. To start, the apartments are disgusting and do not get a full deep clean pre move in. There was mold covering the full ceiling of bathroom A, and mold on the windowsills in the living room. All 4 of us

SOOO AWESOME, love this place so so much! Awesome staff, great energy, beautiful pond to go draw or maybe mediate. I have done a party here at the pool and it went really great. Here is some photos of me and my band playing at the pool!
