This place is a disaster. My daughter, a U of A student, has lived here several years. They don’t tell you how much your utilities are until the first of each month but you have to pay by the first or you’re late, so basically you have 24 hours. I’d be happy to pay a week early but this isn’t an option. They lose mail
WORST BUILDING TO LIVE ON CAMPUS. They can send endless reminders about rent but they can’t send a maintenance worker to our apartment for 2 weeks to fix the air conditioning. There is always endless problems with this building and they never seem to make them right, also if you want to lose a couple valuable packages,
The property going through major upgrades have definitely added an elevated experience for residents. Despite the naysayers that may be doubtful of the changes being made, you have to see the property for yourself and prepare to be amazed. 💪🏾
