Apartment complex was nice, day-to-day staff is nice. Take pictures of EVERYTHING when you move in. I was charged falsely for failing to remove a pantry rack which was there when I moved in and for removing a rack in the fridge that was never there to begin with. Because the total charges were only about $90 it wasn't

The door system is terrible, the Bluetooth entry barely works, and most of the time you have to stand there yanking on the door repeatedly before it finally opens. I never leave reviews but I truly love living at The Flats. I am in a 2 bedroom premium apartment and it is super nice and spacious. I just resigned for my second year living here. I think the rent price is very fair, the only thing is sometimes the electricity bill can be pretty high. The maintenance team is top tier!
