I haven’t lived at the collective long, but I truly do love living here. For a community of majority college students the neighborhood is pretty quiet! Izzy at the front desk has always been super helpful with any questions I have had and has truly made living here easier! Maintenance is very timely and also super frie
I don’t have very many complaints other than the dog park. The units are great and everything else is nice. The dog park however, it doesn’t get cleaned out often enough for the amount of people that don’t pick up their dog’s poop.
