I assume they don’t check the units when moving in because this places standard seems low on quality of the already mid units. They also take advantage of lower income students by giving fines that don’t interfere with the contract. The professionalism of the CA’s and managers are absolutely terrible they couldn’t care

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Please do NOT stay at Texan West Campus. I am paying over $1000 in rent every month just for me to move into a dirty apartment.
