Worst student accommodation ever! Charged me $236 for “cleaning” after I moved out—even though I cleaned the room better than when I moved in. Total scam! Facilities are the worst among all Scapes. They rob international students with overpriced rent and fake fees. I paid Melbourne’s highest rent just to be ripped off.
