First of all the receptionists are all great and kind, they are helpful and treat the residents with patient. But not for the management team, they treat the residents with arrogance. The experience of living there is catastrophic. Many people have already complained about the fire alram that goes on 2-4 time per month
The staff at the front desk is warm and thoughtful. They reply to me very patiently and help me solve my problems. The managers of the apartment are also very friendly. For my emails, they read carefully and reply to me at the same time, helping me solve my problems. It is a good check-in experience.
