Management sucks. They let construction go on until midnight on some nights, as well as starting at 6am sometimes. Constant noise from construction shaking the whole building, as well as a very bright light shining through my window at all hours, even when the establishment below is closed. Management has don’t nothing
Lived there for around 1 year. Good location and it's generally safe. Downsides are, the fire alarm went off way too often, sometimes late at night. "Roasting in summer and freezing in winter" as mentioned in the other review, is absolutely true! The ground floor can be really wet especially in bedroom.
If I get woken up by drilling that vibrates the entire building one more time, I’m going to chain myself up outside in a hunger strike.
