would give 0 if i could. don't rent here what so ever. have been here for 4 years and there were problems since day one. the construction is cheap at best and lazy at worst. first time i stepped foot in the floor was already pealing slightly and the wood varnish has multiple chips. it didn't take more than two weeks be

Run don’t walk…away from this property! I realize there aren’t many choices in Boone but apparently the management here knows that too! The property manager (Kim) is no manager, she may not even work there, as she is never in the office and doesn’t return calls or emails. Our daughter has lived here for the past 3 year

Worst complex. No receipt given if you get a boot on your car. Shady. People move the roof furniture around at 11pm so you can’t sleep. No one actually manages this office either. Good luck getting help with anything.
