ROACHES! GERMAN ROACHES! Whole building needs to be exterminated. If you put in a maintenance request, they come 3 days later with a basic $11 Home Defense spray. Im basically afraid to eat, sleep , and just exist in my apartment…. Oh and there’s MOLDDDD PRICE With the concession a really good price but not worth mold
The parking is crazy. My friend had guest parking permit and parked in visitor parking area. It got towed. When called mgmt they told they need to park in regular parking. It was not mentioned where to park and car beside was with blue parking permit( permanent) also parked in visitor area but was not towed. Mgmt also
