I am very disappointed with how my situation was handled by Yugo New Mill. I repeatedly visited reception over a long period of time trying to resolve an accommodation issue that was not my fault. Each time, I explained the situation and asked for help, yet I was never able to speak with anyone in a managerial position

The receptionist on 17th of January night (his name is bruno) was so rude he didn’t stop cursing us and being offensive toward us, such unprofessional behavior from someone trying to scare us with his dirty talk. Please make sure to give some courses in mental health for him so he start harming the students living ther

Ok for one night or if accommodation elsewhere is very expensive. Fixtures in the room were cheap and nasty and the communal kitchen area was very tired and in need of a good clean. Staff were very nice and late checkout for 20 euro was appreciated too.
