I’ll be honest: after this experience I think I will never come back to Madrid. I came this summer with an italian travel agency and apparently this was a good place; I was wrong. When I came into my bedroom I opened my wardrobe and I found some residues of snacks (crisps), then I opened the water from the sink to fill

So incredibly frustrating. Please do yourself a favor and dont ever consider them as a residence. Their help is non existent, staff is disrespectful, they are going to mess up with your time and nerves. Ive never had a more horrible experience with a place that is supposed to provide support. I lost 2 hours of my time

STAY AWAY! You have to check-in at another building several blocks away. There is no physical key; they use a digital key from an app which you have to download. The digital key did not work when I arrived, and several other guests were also struggling with the app and trying to contact the office in the other building
