Horrific. I wouldn't wish living here on my worst enemy. Management flat out refuses to respond. Over the past TWO MONTHS, I have called, emailed every contact point I can find, sent messages through the resident portal AND on their website. Absolutely no response. It's ludicrous. They WILL overcharge you for utilities

Also you better hope you have somewhere else to do laundry because it’s costs 8 dollars and twenty five cents to do one load of laundry which is higher then the state minimum wage This is a nice looking building in all reality it’s is a complete mess the elevators hardly work today being the second time the fire depart

My relative lived here for a year. It was great transportation wise and has a nice layout for the public areas and in each unit. Bedrooms are a good size but the bathrooms in some units are small. There is parking, a dog run, gym and an outdoor pool with a generous sitting/ lounge area
